How do we ship? We ship through UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3rd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, FedEx Ground & Parcel Post. The shipping costs are auto-calculated in real-time using rates provided by UPS, and are based on the weight of your order. We also charge a flat rate handling charge of $3.95 per order and $2.00 per pound to all orders.

How quickly do we ship? Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of your confirmed order. If you need to receive a package more quickly we can usually accommodate that for an extra fee, just ask.

Do we ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide using FedEx Ground or Parcel Post. Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Marisol Imports. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect. PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service offers only limited tracking services for Global Priority packages; we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

How do I make a change to an existing order? It may not be possible to change an order after it's been processed. However, if you contact us immediately at marisolimports@qwestoffice.net we can discuss options.

Where is my confirmation e-mail? Immediately after you place an order you should receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging reciept of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, then it may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect e-mail address.

What is our return policy? We want you to be happy with the beautiful items you purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, texture, and design may occur, and all dimensions are approximate.We try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell, but if you feel that an item we send you is not consistent with the description, you may return the item for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. We don't offer refunds and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like to return an item, the returned items must arrive back at Marisol in the same condition as when they left our store. Item(s) must be packaged appropriately and to the guidelines and specifications of the chosen carrier so as to protect during shipping. It is also necessary that you email us before sending to request authorization. Returns without authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We will do our best to work with you if something absolutely will not work. Please read all descriptions carefully and ask questions if necessary. Thank you!
