How do we ship? We ship through UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3rd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, FedEx Ground & Parcel Post. The shipping costs are auto-calculated in real-time using rates provided by UPS, and are based on the weight of your order. We also charge a flat rate handling charge of $3.95 per order and $2.00 per pound to all orders. Some fragile and unusually shaped items may require additional packaging, and we will notify you and get your approval before processing your sale and shipping your order.
How quickly do we ship? Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of your confirmed order. If you need to receive a package more quickly we can usually accommodate that for an extra fee, just ask.

Do we ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide using FedEx Ground or Parcel Post. Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Marisol Imports. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect. PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service offers only limited tracking services for Global Priority packages; we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages.


How do I make a change to an existing order? It may not be possible to change an order after it's been processed. However, if you contact us immediately at marisolimports@qwestoffice.net we can discuss options.

Where is my confirmation e-mail? Immediately after you place an order you should receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging reciept of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, then it may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect e-mail address.

What is our return policy? We want you to be happy with the beautiful items you purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, texture, and design may occur, and all dimensions are approximate.We try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell, but if you feel that an item we send you is not consistent with the description, you may return the item for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. We don't offer refunds and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like to return an item, the returned items must arrive back at Marisol in the same condition as when they left our store. Item(s) must be packaged appropriately and to the guidelines and specifications of the chosen carrier so as to protect during shipping. It is also necessary that you email us before sending to request authorization. Returns without authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We will do our best to work with you if something absolutely will not work. Please read all descriptions carefully and ask questions if necessary. Thank you!

Marisolimports.com is designed as an online retail store. However, we work on a personal basis with a wide range of individuals,designers and businesses. If you are interested in applying for a designer or wholesale account, particularily concerning Zapotec rugs, please contact us for our policies concerning specific merchandise.


We welcome visitors to our warehouse in Boulder. We are located at 4715 North Broadway #4B Boulder, Colorado 80304. Our warehouse is in north Boulder on the west side of Broadway- turn west off of Broadway on the driveway between Yellow Pine Avenue & Lee Hill Drive. We are located on the south side of the building behind German Auto & next to the Colorado Water Wizard. The warehouse is open by appointment and Wednesday- Saturday 11-5 pm Mountain Standard Time.


There is no minimum order, and we will accomodate large orders as needed. Please contact us for more information.


Sorry, but we donít offer a single comprehensive Marisol Imports catalogue at this time. We work with a wide variety of artisans and feature many one-of-a-kind items, so are constantly updating our inventory. Please explore this website or email us with specific requests.

Can an order be sent via snail mail? Yes, the option of paying with check or money order is available during the checkout process.

Can I place an order over the phone? Yes, please call us at 303-442-3142 during our warehouse hours Wed-Sat 11-5pm, (Mountain Standard Time) or leave a message, or send an email to marisolimports@qwestoffice.net

Can an order be faxed? Yes, print your order and fax to 303-442-7651 and call 303-442-3142 to confirm receipt.


Where is my confirmation e-mail? You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation immediately after you place an order. Until then, we will confirm personally via email or over the phone during normal business hours as orders are received. If you do not receive a confirmation, then it may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect e-mail address.
